1. Overview
Extel Supplies LLC ships enterprise IT hardware worldwide with a focus on safety, traceability, and fast delivery. We work exclusively with trusted logistics providers to ensure secure and timely arrival of all goods.
2. Shipping Methods
- Domestic U.S. shipping via FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL Express.
- International deliveries through express air courier or air freight.
- Bulk and palletized shipments through certified freight forwarders.
3. Handling Time
- Standard processing time: 1–3 business days after PO acceptance or payment confirmation.
- EOL or special-order items may require longer lead times (communicated at order stage).
4. Delivery Estimates
- USA: 1–5 business days based on carrier and service level.
- International: 3–10 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
- Delays from customs or carriers are outside Extel Supplies’ control.
5. Tracking

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, all duties, VAT, and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility unless contractually agreed otherwise. Extel Supplies provides export documentation and HS codes to support smooth clearance.
7. Shipping Risk
All items are insured until delivered. Once delivery is confirmed and signed, responsibility transfers to the buyer.
Visible transit damage must be reported within 48 hours.
8. Customer-Selected Freight Forwarders
If a customer chooses their own forwarder, liability transfers once items are handed off. Proof of delivery to the forwarder is provided when required.
9. Export Compliance
We comply fully with U.S. export control regulations. Restricted destinations and controlled items cannot be shipped.
